I am a qualified experienced Hypnotherapist GHR and Reiki Practitioner offering client centred hypnotherapy and reiki sessions. I assist you in working with your subconscious mind and your personal energy force, to heal present and past traumas, release repressed emotions and clear emotional blocks within your physical body. I have experience working with both neurodivergent and neurotypical mindsets.
Hypnotherapy has a 93% success rate after 6 sessions compared to behavioural therapy which has a success rate of 77% after an average of 22 sessions.

HYPNOTHERAPY can assist you onto a path to healing, helping you to cut the ties to past emotional attachments. Carrying repressed emotions in your body tied to present and past traumatic events can impact on all areas of your life, professional and personal, mental and physical wellbeing. This trauma can at anytime be triggered by others, situations and yourself. Repressing emotions can lead to anxiety, insomnia, depression and low mood, procrastination, as well as relationship and intimacy problems. Issues with addictions, phobias and weight gain or loss can also be linked to unexpressed buried emotions.
REIKI is a form of energy healing, guiding the energy within your body to balance your chakras, clear energy blocks and encourage self-healing.

There is a non-refundable cancellation fee of £10 to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from your therapy session cost upon your attendance. 48 hours cancellation notice is required.
